• Ensuring we have the appropriate human and material resources for the service.
• Maintaining and expanding training for all staff.
• Ensuring staff safety and respect for the environment.
• Acting in accordance with the principles of eco-efficiency and pollution prevention.
• We respond promptly to our customers’ requests for spare parts.

This policy is understood, implemented, and kept up to date at all levels of the organization. It is supported by the DIRECTOR, who establishes, develops, and applies it through the implemented Quality and Environmental Management System.
