Personal data processed
The personal data we will process in any job application will be those conventionally established for these cases, such as identification and contact details, academic and professional background, any information that the candidate wishes to voluntarily share with our organisation, as well as other data that we collect during interviews related to the selection and recruitment process.

Purpose of personal data processing
The personal data provided to us by job applicants will be processed exclusively for the purpose of evaluating their application, contacting them for possible interviews and regarding the selection process, keeping them informed of the various vacancies that arise in our organisation if they authorise us to do so, and possible employment in the event that this occurs. Communications will be made through the contact details provided in your job application (e.g. telephone or email).

Your data may also be used to request references about your professional career from the companies where you have informed us that you have worked.

In the event that it is appropriate or you believe that you should inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies or any other information about your health that is related to the job you are applying for, we inform you that this information will be processed in compliance with Article 15 of Law 31/ 1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention, which requires us to know this information in order to adapt the workplace to the needs of the employee, as well as Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 of 29 November, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the rights of persons with disabilities and their social inclusion. Any other information that is not necessary for the purpose of this request will be destroyed confidentially.

Legitimacy
The processing of your personal data by our organisation will be carried out with your express, free, informed and unequivocal consent, as we inform you of this policy and, after reading it and agreeing to it, you can voluntarily authorise us to process your data by ticking the boxes provided for this purpose on our forms.

If the user is under 16 years of age, we will not process their personal data, as this is the minimum working age in Spain. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide us with.

In certain cases, our organisation may use companies within our group or suppliers specialising in selection processes, in which case they will be considered data processors with whom we will sign the corresponding confidentiality agreement and commitment to adopt all necessary security measures to protect your data.

Retention of your data
Personal data provided as a job applicant will be kept until a position is filled or for a maximum period of one (1) year, unless you have expressly authorised us to include you in our job bank, in which case it will be kept for the time necessary to consider your application for possible vacancies and to contact you to inform you in this regard.

Candidates' rights
We will keep your data as a job applicant as described above or until you exercise your right of erasure; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, object to or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time, including requesting the portability of your data or revoking your consent.
